Medical Imaging Erina (i) (collectively, Medical Imaging Erina, we, us or our) collect your personal information, including health information, to enable us to provide you with our services and for related purposes. This information may be disclosed to third parties, including to your other health service providers, your insurer or health fund, relevant government entities (eg Medicare and “My Health Record”), and our service providers. Some of these third parties may be located outside of Australia, including in the Philippines. If you do not provide us with your personal information, we will be unable to provide you with our services.
